Nice! I don’t know anything about knives, but it was like $100 discounted and reviewed very well, so I snagged it.
Unibroue is Quebec based, originally independent but now owned by Sapporo. As I understand it, they still have their own brewmaster and run their own show fairly independently. Almost all their beers are labeled “ale on lees” because they’re bottle-conditioned, and they make some of the best strong ales this side of Belgium
